Immune Boosting Smoothie
This immune boosting berry smoothie with antioxidant-rich black elderberry syrup is refreshing and healthy. Your family will love the taste.
1 1/2 cups almond milk can also use coconut milk or skim milk.
15ml Sambucol Black Elderberry syrup (Immune Booster)
1 1/2 cups frozen blue berries
3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon honey
Add the almond milk, banana, berries, yogurt, honey and almond butter to a blender;blend together until thick and fluffy. Swirl in a shot of Sambucol Elderberry Syrup for a super charged boost of antioxidants.
Optional: garnish with blueberries and mint leaves
